Feels like my own...

Lets back to last two days…
10 August 2010…
Since our lecture session of Social Psychology had finished last week, we started to do past year question plus presentation for tutor. All I can say it was so funny! Haha… We (my psycho group) present about The Basic Channels of Non Verbal Communications. And for sure la we attack Khalid. Sian juga dia asyik kena jak dengan kami… But what to do.. He deserves that. ahahaha! He love to make jokes on people and people always make fun of him. Which, if not victory, is yet revenge! Ha-ha.. Then comes with BEL313 class that suddenly canceled! And I’ve bought my ticket to go back on Wednesday. Since that night I infer to sleep ‘unaided,’ I decided to rush to bus stop straight away and change my ticket. Thank God. ADA TIKET!

Actually, I’m so tired! Damn tired that night but I couldn’t sleep as I’ve sleep in the bus.
After 1 ½ hour sleeping (more to nap actually) , Mummy kasi bangun for Sahur… What a home. But then I still sad as it’s not my home and it’s not my Mom cooks… But what can i do. Tapi, Mummy masak sedap!  ^_^

Eat Sahur just prior to dawn. Yes, it's hard to get up at that hour, which is why it has many benefits and rewards. It will help you to wake up for the Subuh prayer. The Sahur meal is Sunnah @ Sunat. And this morning meal is generally recognized as the single most important meal of the day. Do not overeat, though. Focus on taking in foods that are rich in complex carbohydrates and protein, fruits or vegetables, and plenty of water. For example: an egg on whole-grain toast, a few crackers with peanut butter, some orange slices, and two glasses of water. And don’t forget to eat your dates (kurma) with Selawat 3 times in every single date you eat. It is recommended 3 dates during Sahur.

The day after …

I don’t even thirsty or hungry in my first day of fasting. Masa sungkai terkejut ni bah. Ada kuih pelita. Wow! Terbuka selera terus. Unfortunately, I’ve eat so much carbohydrate. Maybe it is because I don’t have choice. Rumah orang kan? Nda kan la bah mok banyak songeh pulak. But, everything is awesome. What a great first fasting day.
